All athletes require good core strength to perform at their best. From the makers of Surf Stronger--The
Surfer?s Workout comes a new video, Surf Stronge--Core Training with Serena Brooke.
For this video, Surf Stronger partnered with veteran professional surfer Serena Brooke to design a surf-
specific workout that takes you through a training program to build core strength, stability, and endurance.
?We?ve put together an awesome workout that targets an area surfers need to work on the most: the core. All movement?and virtually every surf maneuver?starts with the core,? says Brooke. The video includes two workouts: the thirty-minute ?Main Workout? and the ?Quick Core Workout.? The Main Workout requires only an exercise ball, while the Quick Core Workout requires no equipment and can be performed anywhere.
